Thank you for visiting the Native Cockatiel Society of Australia Inc. website.

We are a club dedicated to Cockatiels and our objectives are to:
If you own a Cockatiel (or are thinking of getting one) as either a pet or aviary bird, then contact us about becoming a member of the Native Cockatiel Society of Australia Inc. or feel free to pop in at one of our
monthly meetings held at Emu Plains.

• Educate, promote and develop an interest in Cockatiels in the Community.
• Promote friendly contact between other avicultural organisations and to encourage a spirit of co-operation.
• Encourage dedication to the proper care of Cockatiels.
• Encourage co-operation between owners and breeders of Cockatiels for the betterment and improvement of the species and its mutations.
• Assist, support and advise all members in their activities and efforts in their breeding program's.
  • Encourage and promote conservation of the native Cockatiel and where possible assist in same.








• SPECIAL EVENT

• At our meeting at 7.30 pm on Monday the 9th of May 2016 we have been extremely fortunate to have Ravi Wasan from “Feathered Friends” agree to come along and give a free flight demonstration using cockatiels and other birds. This is an extremely rare chance for members and guests of The Native Cockatiel Society of Australia to witness up close and personal, trained birds free flying. I encourage all to attend.
