Monthly meetings are held on the second Monday of each month (except January) at 7:30 PM. Meetings are held at Melrose Hall, Cnr Great Western Hwy & Park Street, Emu Plains NSW and at the Lansvale East Community Hall, 20-24 Day Street, Lansvale NSW
Meetings are held at Melrose Hall during the months February, April, June, August, October, and December. Meetings are held at Lansvale East Community Hall during the months of March, May, July, September, and November

All aplications are to be approved by the committee.
